Terry was my best friend in high school and we continued to be close friends throughout the years.  I was very sad to hear the news that Terry passed away.  Even though I have lived in Ohio for the last 33 years, I made numerous trips back to Butler to visit Terry.  I know over the last 5 years that his health was deteriorating and he was in great pain all the time.  He is in a better place now, but will be missed by many of his friends.  I can remember the many trips cruising around Morgan's Drive Inn restaurant in Butler.  Terry in his 1967 green Mustang and me in my 1964 Chevy Impala.  Terry was a true friend to the very end.

I am sad to learn of Terry's passing. I've not kept comnnected beyond a couple of reunions. Yet my expereince of Terry, back to then, was of a genuinely open, fairly honest, and authentic person, who possessed a fairly optimistic view of life - all qualities I wish I could be surrounded by most of time. Doesn't seem the cosmic scorekeeper was fair about the cards delt to Terry at the end.

I am sad to hear of the passing of another of our classmates, I suppose we are at that age where we will hear these with increasing frequency. Although Terry and I were not "hang around" friends, we shared several classes through school and I though of him as a friend. We never spoke an angry or spiteful word to one another and always said hello with a smile. In hindsite I wish I had more time to know many of my classmates better, Terry among them. He always struck me as a straight up guy. My condolances to those that knew him best.

Seems like I knew Terry forever! We both attended McQuistion Elementary School, having many of the same teachers. I remember double-dating with Terry and Cindy in high school. Years later, once married, Pete and I helped them move into their first home on Chicora Road. They both worked so hard on that house, doing many wonderful things to make their first home so quaint. We even shared a vacation in Myrtle Beach when our children were young. Terry was always a hard worker, and a dedicated teacher until back problems/surgeries took their toll. Forced to leave his profession at an early age, he battled with his constant pain for many years. Unfortunately, Terry was taken from us at an early age. I pray that he is finally pain free! Rest in peace dear Terry.

I KNEW TERRY FROM PLAYING SPORTS AND IN SOME CLASSES IN HIGH SCHOOL. HE WAS A VERY NICE GUY. I AM VERY SORRY TO HEAR OF HIS PASSING.

YES IRA, TERRY'S PASSING IS YET ANOTHER JOLT THAT  WE ARE ALL GETTING OLDER. HARD TO BELIEVE AND SEEMS SURREAL, BUT SADLY TRUE. HIGH SCHOOL SEEMS LIKE ABOUT 15-20 YEARS AGO TO ME, NOT 43 YEARS, THAT'S FOR SURE.
